PremierGuard must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have current Lifeguarding Certification (if you are not certified, we offer American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course)
• Obtain a Pool Operators License 
• Be punctual and mature
• Be reliable and professional
• Be friendly
